Shipping policy

Shipping policy:

All orders are processed during business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Deliveries are made between Saturday and Thursday.

Local (within Jordan) Shipping Rates

Free local delivery is available for orders over JOD 50 within Amman Governorate. For orders under JOD 50, we charge JOD 3 for local delivery.

We charge JOD 5 for orders outside Amman.

Local delivery

If the order is placed before 3pm, deliveries are made within the same day.

Next day delivery if the order is placed after 3pm.

We will contact you with the contact information that you have provided during your checkout to provide you with date and time.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Loud N Clear, Zahran Street, Naber Medical Complex, 5^th Circle, Amman. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business day.

International Shipping
